THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Bryant Imports enforces all shipping of alcohol laws and regulations. We do not ship to Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.

We use a leading shipping provider, UPS or FedEx, to fulfill all shipping. We require all purchases be made by someone 21 years of age or older. A signature and driver’s license at time of delivery are required to verify that the recipient is at least 21 years of age. 

Return Policy

When inventory is available, we will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed that was purchased through our website. We ask the flawed or damaged bottle and cork be returned to Bryant Imports. By law, alcohol returns are only permittable for corked or flawed products. Wine that was damaged due to weather during shipment, storage conditions outside of Bryant Import property, or wine that is ordered in error, is unable to be returned. Temperature related damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing.
